The weather over the past week+ has been awful: cloudy, cold, and rainy/snowy/icy. But inside, the plants are only minimally affected. The lack of light and warmth has slowed their growth, but they're still plugging along:
The lettuce has thinned out a bit due to our munching. The row of large light green lettuce towards the left is Iceberg. There used to be a row of Buttercrunch to the left of it, along with a row of Bibb to the right. Those rows have mostly disappeared into our bellies. You can see where I've replanted those vacant rows with young Bibb plants, which should be ready in about 3 weeks.
Here's a closeup of one of the larger plants that came from a packet of mystery leaf lettuce varieties. I have no idea what it is, but I suspect it will be quite delicious nonetheless.
